Solution

Explanation

Divide DEEPDEEP by DEEP to give 10,001, which has prime factors of 73 and 137. By this we know that SINK must be a multiple of one of these factors. Also, THEM must be a multiple of the other.

We can then determine by a simple computer program (or more tediously with a calculator) what the solution is.
