Who Dunnit? - Answer

Horace is the guilty one.

There are two offsetting pairs: Albert-Bruce and Forest-Gunther. One from each pair is telling the truth, one is not. Therefore, either Edmond is guilty, Connor is guilty or neither is guilty. And only one of the remaining five statements is the truth.

If we assume Davey's statement is true where Horace is guilty, the other four statements would be lies.

If we assume that each of the other four statements is true, the result would be that there is one additional statement which is also true.
