Find the Numbers Math Puzzle

A 10 digit number has the following: two 4s, two 3s, two 2s, two 1s and two 0s.

The 4s are separated by four digits, the 3s are separated by three digits, the 2s by two digits, the 1s by one digit and the 0s by no digits.

What are the largest and the smallest such numbers? Leading zeroes are not allowed.
