Find the Integers Math Puzzle

Find three different integers, X, Y and Z, where X + Y, X + Z, Y + Z, X - Y, X - Z, and Y - Z are all squares of integers.

The three integers may be positive, negative or zero.

Find the set [X, Y, Z] with the smallest X + Y + Z.
