Find the palindromes in this math puzzle.

The year 1991 was a palindrome, that is, it reads the same backwards and forwards.

Can you find the smallest palindromic integer whose cube root is not a palindromic integer. For example, 1331 does not work because its cube root is 11, a palindrome.
